IBRAHIM ALIYU GYALLESU

National Secretary

He is a Kaduna based fashion and serial entrepreneur with over ten (10) years’ experience in female native designs and fashion. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ibrojaz Enterprises with corporate headquarters in Kaduna State Nigeria.Ibrahim is an Alumnus of Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria where he obtained his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Certificates respectively. He has also attended numerous business management and entrepreneurship development workshops and conferences across the country to keep in trend with new business ideas and management skills.He is a unique youth leader, mentor, focused and youth development expert. Ibrahim has a strong passion for youth empowerment and development; he believes that every Nigerian youth deserves a good life and a financial independent lifestyle. As an entrepreneur, he coaches and mentors a lot of young Nigerian entrepreneurs, especially the ones from the Northern Nigerian region.Ibrahim as an entrepreneur has employed numerous young Nigerians with his innovative and enterprising and skills. He is from the Northern Nigerian extraction and is happily married with three children.

Aims & Objectives

  • To empower, support and encourage young Nigerians in the participation of entrepreneurship through access to finance, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, networking and technical support.
  • To selflessly champion the cause of young entrepreneurs at the local, regional and national level, through engagement with governments, the media, the public, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To raise and build future world-class entrepreneurship leaders that will create positive impact to Nigeria and the world socially and economically.
  • To collaborate with relevant government institutions and other organizations in proffering solutions to issues affecting young people in business in Nigeria.
  • To connect, unify and build the capacity of young entrepreneurs across Nigeria, so as to drive trade, advocate for change and enhance the entrepreneurship culture and ecosystem.
  • To be positioned as the sole representative of Nigerian young entrepreneurs in all negotiations’ and consultations with governments and their agencies on matters of policy affecting the conduct and practice of business and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
  • To promote and protect the professional interests of all members of the organization.
  • To set and improve the standard of services being rendered by entrepreneurs to the general public and as well establish and maintain good relationship with the members of the public.
  • To advocate for policies conducive for creating a strong entrepreneurial culture and ecosystem.
