National Treasurer

She is the Founder and Chief Publisher of Lead Fashion, Beauty Entertainment and Lifestyle Website, Fashionpheeva.com, with an educational background in Science and Human Resources. She worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Expatcare Health International HMO for five (5) years where she handled Human Resources and Financial Management before joining Stargist.com as the co-owner in 2013. In May 2015 she launched her own website, Fashionpheeva.com.Dayo is a professional content writer, online digital marketer, blogger, content editor and a Human Resource management professional with over 7 years cognate experience spanning across two industries. She has also attended various courses, workshop and conferences within Nigeria spanning across financial management, human resource management, content marketing, digital marketing and media and communications. As a fashion and online media entrepreneur, Dayo is passionate about making her fashion brand the biggest in Africa and also using her Human Resources expertise and experience to perform functions and contribute positively and selflessly to the growth and development of Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (YEN). She plans to empower youths who are interested in toeing the Human Resources, Fashion and Online media path. She is an Alumna of Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta Ogun State where she obtained her BSc. (Hons) Aquaculture and Fisheries Management. She also holds a Professional Diploma from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and is also an Associate Member of the Institution. Dayo is a Lagos based entrepreneur from the South Western part of Nigeria.

Aims & Objectives

  • To empower, support and encourage young Nigerians in the participation of entrepreneurship through access to finance, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, networking and technical support.
  • To selflessly champion the cause of young entrepreneurs at the local, regional and national level, through engagement with governments, the media, the public, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To raise and build future world-class entrepreneurship leaders that will create positive impact to Nigeria and the world socially and economically.
  • To collaborate with relevant government institutions and other organizations in proffering solutions to issues affecting young people in business in Nigeria.
  • To connect, unify and build the capacity of young entrepreneurs across Nigeria, so as to drive trade, advocate for change and enhance the entrepreneurship culture and ecosystem.
  • To be positioned as the sole representative of Nigerian young entrepreneurs in all negotiations’ and consultations with governments and their agencies on matters of policy affecting the conduct and practice of business and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
  • To promote and protect the professional interests of all members of the organization.
  • To set and improve the standard of services being rendered by entrepreneurs to the general public and as well establish and maintain good relationship with the members of the public.
