MR. CHRIS KOHOL

National President

Chris Kohol is a young tech and serial entrepreneur who is highly enterprising and innovative, committed to various socio-economic value creations with a strong passion in youth entrepreneurship development. He is a goodhearted personality, mentor, youth ambassador and youth development expert. He is the Chairman & CEO of Zabit Group with long-term investments in Information and Communication Technology, Agro Processing, Ecommerce, Real Estate and Project Management. The Group is a wholly indigenous company with Corporate Headquarters in Lagos Nigeria with strategic partnership with local and international firms. He is also on the board of numerous companies as Non-Executive Director.He strongly believes in youth entrepreneurship development, mentorship and empowerment as powerful tools for economic prosperity, social wealth and job creations. No wonder at 20 he established an NGO where he trained Benue youths for free on computer skills acquisitions thus impacting young minds significantly. He is hardworking, innovative, visionary, an entrepreneur per excellence and an epitome of development.Chris is from the Northern Nigeria extraction and a Lagos based entrepreneur. He is an Alumnus of Benue State University and University of Mkar where he bagged his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Post Graduate Diploma respectively. He has attended numerous workshops, courses and conferences both locally and internationally to expand his reservoir of knowledge.As an entrepreneur, he has received various awards and accolades to his credit including Award of Honouree Fellow, Institute of Advanced Entrepreneurship Research and Development Nigeria amongst others.

Aims & Objectives

  • To empower, support and encourage young Nigerians in the participation of entrepreneurship through access to finance, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, networking and technical support.
  • To selflessly champion the cause of young entrepreneurs at the local, regional and national level, through engagement with governments, the media, the public, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To raise and build future world-class entrepreneurship leaders that will create positive impact to Nigeria and the world socially and economically.
  • To collaborate with relevant government institutions and other organizations in proffering solutions to issues affecting young people in business in Nigeria.
  • To connect, unify and build the capacity of young entrepreneurs across Nigeria, so as to drive trade, advocate for change and enhance the entrepreneurship culture and ecosystem.
  • To be positioned as the sole representative of Nigerian young entrepreneurs in all negotiations’ and consultations with governments and their agencies on matters of policy affecting the conduct and practice of business and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
  • To promote and protect the professional interests of all members of the organization.
  • To set and improve the standard of services being rendered by entrepreneurs to the general public and as well establish and maintain good relationship with the members of the public.
  • To advocate for policies conducive for creating a strong entrepreneurial culture and ecosystem.
